Located 15 minutes North West of Winter Park, CO, lies a quaint town poised to become the next destination in the Fraser Valley. The Town of Fraser, CO is hungry for culture and looking to purchase a centrally located plot along Highway 40. The Town of Fraser has asked for a community art center with live/work space for a resident artist, and an affordable housing structure for visiting artists or students. With almost 300 days of sunshine a year, natural light was a major driver in this project, along with creating a community “piazza” with ample space for the community to gather, both in the sun, and shade.
